  • Start with vajrasana.
  • Slowly lift your body and your body weight supporting on the knee. You will be now in kneeling down position.
  • Exhale deeply, bring your hands behind and hold your ankles.
  • Now bend backward and try to bring your head down backward as much as possible. You will also feel a stretch in your belly.
  • Hold the position for about 30 – 60 seconds (beginners) and 1 to 2 minutes for those who practice more than two months.
  • Breathe normally (inhale and exhale deep and slow) till you hold the pose.
  • Now slowly relax and come back to beginning position.
